MountainBrook Village is now offering a new phase in our retirement community. Whether you are coming to the Smokies on a business trip or vacation, why not consider staying in an environment with the benefits of comfort, security, and good company. We have some of our apartments are completely furnished, including linens
(bath and bed), dishes, silverware and cookware.
The minimum stay will be one month up to six months.
We have an age limit of 45 years, with no children or smoking allowed. The lease does not include meals or housekeeping, however housekeeping can be provided for a nominal fee.
The apartment deposit is $500.00
We have a nonrefundable pet deposit of $300.00 with a 40 pound weight limit.
1 bedroom $900.00
2 bedrooms $1200.00
If you wish to reserve the same apartment every six months you will need to make a deposit and we reserve the
right to lease the apartment for the other six months of the year.
